Most people are familiar with Tai Chi, which is a fairly complicated form of Qigong (a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine)

Qigong literally means “life energy cultivation”.  Composed of gentle, relaxed, meditative movements; qigong strengthens the cardiovascular system, increases range of motion & balance, while increasing energy, decreasing stress and improving sleep.

Qigong is perfect for all ages and fitness levels.
